Enhanced Performance Management for U.S. Federal Agencies

We’re pleased to announce a new set of enhancements to Acendre Performance for U.S. federal customers, part of our continued evolution of our federal, cloud-based SaaS solutions. 

Highlights of Acendre Performance enhancements that comprise this update include:

  • Expanded Performance Journal Capabilities – Understanding accomplishments and ways that employees have met critical elements are important in the performance review process. Employees can now associate journal entries directly with their elements, which puts this important context in the hands of managers as they complete reviews.
  • Expanded Manager Self-Service – Human Capital personnel too often see a scramble at review time to have systems updated. We are now introducing the first wave of capabilities that allow managers to take critical actions, such as putting users on a performance review directly themselves, reducing the need for Human Capital to perform transactional tasks and freeing them to be more impactful.
We’re excited to continue to bring federal agencies ongoing improvements to help them maximize employee performance and boost engagement, while improving productivity and reducing costs, on a secure, cloud-based environment.
