Technology-Industry Veteran Joins Company to Support Product Strategy and Growth

NGA.NET, delivering talent acquisition and management solutions to optimize workforce performance, today announced the appointment of Karl Matthews as Vice President of Product Marketing. Matthews brings over 20 years of global marketing experience to NGA.NET and will be responsible for defining the company’s product strategy, identifying market opportunities and guiding the product roadmap for maximum customer satisfaction and worldwide adoption.

Matthews’ experience spans the globe, including the U.S., Europe and Asia, and includes product marketing, strategic planning, corporate marketing and field marketing. His international experience will allow Matthews to balance regional requirements with an optimized worldwide solution.

Prior to joining NGA.NET, Matthews was a member of the executive team at Geomagic, Inc, a leading, provider of 3D authoring software, which was acquired by 3D Systems in 2013. There, he grew worldwide revenues, led product strategy, optimized product lines and launched innovative new products. Matthews also spent a decade at Adobe Systems, marketing a range of products and services worldwide. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Brunel University.
